As the Exceptional Homes business has grown, Adrian stepped back into selling real estate. Adrian's strong business and sales background has spurred Exceptional Homes to become one of the premiere names in the business. He is passionate about customer service and takes it to an exceptional level! His understanding of Mortgage matters helped to ensure that our clients where able to use their equity in their primary homes and buy multiple investment properties and create another stream of income and future wealth for them.

Since 2000, Adrian has been providing mortgage products to individuals buying or re-financing their homes, initially for TD Canada Trust as Mortgage Manager and now as a Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Architects .- MortgageNews.ca Adrian is an accomplished professional both in residential and commercial real estate since 1996. He started his career with Colliers International in Bucharest, Romania, leasing residential and office spaces for expatriate clients. From 2007 to 2011, Adrian himself became an expatriate and worked in Bucharest, as the General Manager / COO for CBRE, the largest real estate company in the world. He managed a multi-disciplinary team of 127 real estate professionals, covering the areas of residential, commercial, leasing and land.

When not working, Adrian's passions are cars, motorbikes, animals and travelling around the world.

Penny Kavanagh

In 2005, Penny started her real estate career with Royal LePage. In the first year and after, she earned the President's Gold Award, putting her in the top 10% of agents. She joined RE/MAX Rouge River Realty in 2011. In 2016, she joined the largest independent Brokerage in Canada - Right at Home Realty Inc.

In 2007, Penny's new brand was launched - ExceptionalHomes.ca. This brand exemplifies her commitment to her valued clients, to provide exceptional service and exceptional results. In 2012, Penny introduced a vivid pink to her brand to support her commitment to breast and other cancers.

Penny is passionate about animal welfare. She participates and donates to several animal charities - Just Paws, Helping Animals Romania (which she co-founded) and loves being a foster parent to dogs waiting for permanent homes.

Penny is also a Success Business Coach with the Tomy Ferry - Your Coach organization, the #1 coaching company in North America. Her passion for helping people was a natural progression to coaching real estate agents to become successful.
